As the name implies, the flexible nature of the Flex-eSuite has full potential to extend its scope in sync with your imagination.
Intelligent OPC Historian and Logger
Flex-eSuite is an OPC Client which connects to any OPC Server to acquire real time data and logs it for historical trending. For reporting, it converts two native data types- analog and digital into user information by covering 80,000 different information paths. This information may be presented with hundred types of pre-built reports for Production Reporting, Plant Monitoring, Energy Monitoring and many other applications.
Archiving & Reporting for SCADA/HMI
Flex-eSuite connects to your existing SCADA/HMI such as RS-View, RSLinx, Citect, Wonderware (or any OPC Server) and archives your real time data into user specific information. It uses embedded SQLite database for storing your data and allows you to create thousands types of reports just by using a wizard. This eliminates the need of using any SQL database & programming skills for creating your reports.
Integrated Production, Process and Energy Monitoring
Using Energy Monitoring Devices, Analog or/and Digital Input Modules, you can use Flex-eSuite for building an integrated production, process and energy monitoring solution. You can also integrate your existing SCADA application for acquiring process or production data.
Stand-alone HMI/SCADA
You can use Flex-eSuite for stand-alone SCADA or HMI applications with limited features. It allows you to create online trends, gauges, tabulars and scrollers. Moreover, you can also create mimic using static pictures (jpg, bmp etc). You can also control your field parameters (analog or digital) using Set Parameter features. However, it doesn't have advance SCADA features such as PID Control, animated mimics, graphic library etc.
Energy Monitoring
You can use Flex-eSuite with three different type of Energy Monitoring Devices i.e. Pulse Output Meters, Power Transducers and MODBUS Meters. Using analog/digital input modules, you can integrate Power Transducers and Pulse Meter.
PC Based Data Logging
Using distributed analog/digital input modules, you can use Flex-eSuite for PC based Stand-alone data logging. A very cost effective way to build a data logging solution. Use hundred's of pre-built reports for analysing your logged data.
Production Reporting & Efficiency Analysis
